Fundraising
Why do we fundraise?

Funds raised through the various activities our Fundraising Committee run go towards providing additional resources and experiences that might not otherwise be available for our children.

Without the support of our families and the local community, we would not be able to provide such opportunities for our children, so Thank You for all that you do to help support the P&C.

How do you decide what to fundraise for?

The decisions are collaborative and identify areas of need based on meetings between the P&C executive committee, the P&C general population and the broader school community in consultation with our Principal, Damien Moran.

Fundraising & Events Committee

If fundraising is where your talent lies, then please consider joining our Fundraising & Events Committee. This committee is a great way to meet new parents all with the same aim - to create social events to benefit the children at Ashfield Public School.
Election BBQs, Cake stalls, Events, Raffles & our famous Silent Auction are all fundraisers.
In 2023 we ran a Chuffed crowd funding campaign to raise the final amount of money required to install air conditioning in our school. This was the culmination of many years of fundraising by the P&C and we finally made it! Find out more about our campaign here
